PURCHASING POLICIES AND PROCEDURES

I. Purchases and Payments 

1. Process of making online purchases 

Step 1: Choose the product to order.

Take a look at the product information in the "YOGIS STORE" or "COURSE" section, selecting the product/service to buy by clicking on the "ADD TO CART" button below the product. You can choose to buy multiple products at the same time. 

Step 2: Confirm the order information

Carefully look at the product information in the cart, choose quantity, fill in the shipping address, check the total amount.

If you want to add a product or remove the chosen one, select the quantity change at each product and confirm by pressing the "UPDATE CART" button.

Fill in the offer code in the "Discount" box if you have a discount, promotion, and confirm it by clicking on the "APPLY" button

Then, click the "PAYMENT" button to move on to the step of filling in payment information

Step 3: Fill in payment information

In this step, the customer will fill in the payment information as required. These tick cells * are information that must be filled out. This information needs to be accurate to ensure successful payment and delivery. 

There are 03 payment methods are accepted at TPY IYA, you can choose the most convenient and suitable method:

Method 01: Pay in cash directly at the headquarters or branches of TPY International Yoga Academy

Method 02: Cash On Delivery (COD), a recipient pays for a good or service to the shipper at the time of delivery.

Method 03: Transfer in advance. You make a pre-transfer by bank account or Zelle app, after that we conduct the delivery as agreed upon by you.

After filling in the full information, please click on the box "I read and agree to the terms and conditions of the website" and click on the "ORDER" button to move on to the Complete Payment step.

Step 4: Complete the payment

When the order is successful, the website displays the message "Thank you. Your order has been received" and gives you an Order Code, with additional order date information, total amount to be paid, payment method.

  • For wholesales or affiliate cooperation please contact us directly for a reasonable pricing policy.

II. Delivery 

TPY International Yoga Academy Co., Ltd. delivers to customers through the intermediary shipping company, the expected arrival time and the shipping fee depends on the delivery partner and usually takes 

  • 01-02 working days  from the date of order confirmation for the orders within HCMC 
  • 03-05 working days from the date of order confirmation for the orders to other provinces in Vietnam

III. Returns & Exchanges

To ensure you have the best shopping experience, always feel satisfied with your choice, TPY International Yoga Academy Co., Ltd. offers an easy and convenient return & exchange policy

Exchange

In the event of an unwanted incident on the part of the Academy (the product is defective, the wrong size or the wrong item that you have ordered), we will assist you with the shipping fee.

For those cases of unwanted incidents on the part of the customer (the customer chooses the wrong size or the customer wants to change to another size / other sample ) for support, your order needs to satisfy the following conditions:

  • Customers pay two-way shipping fees 
  • All items to be returned are still in their original packaging, with complete accessories and attached price tag. Please note that your original receipt was shipped together with your order. It is important to keep your original receipt safe should you ever need it for warranty or exchange. We may refuse to exchange if we notice that the goods are being used.
  • The redemption period is 03 days for in-store purchase orders and 05 days for online orders. 
  • The selected item/s for exchange may be of the same or higher value than the original item being returned. The price difference of the item/s with a higher value than the original item must be paid. The customer waives any excess amount if the item chosen for exchange has a lower value than the original item.
  • Only exchanged once
  • Products purchased in the Discount/Promotion program are not eligible for exchange
  • Customers please change goods at the right branch of purchase and attached to the invoice, we ask permission to refuse to change the customer if the customer sends the branch goods that do not match on the invoice.

Returns

In the event of an unwanted incident on the part of the Academy (Defective product, wrong size or incorrect item that you have ordered) that we do not have the right product to exchange, we will assist you with the return shipping fee and refund 100% of the order value if requested, or send a voucher with the same value for the next purchase.

In case of unwanted incidents on the part of the customer (Choose the wrong size to change to another size, want to change to another model), we have permission not to be responsible for return or refund.
