ENROLLMENT PROCEDURE

Enrollment

TPY International Academy accepts all applications from beginners to advanced level practitioners. 

Your application will be accepted after we receive and review it. Applications are subject to availability of space for the requested month. The earlier you apply, the better are your chances to secure your seat for the course.

After you have submitted your application form online and upon receiving it we will review it and contact you via email within 48 hours.

We will email you a payment confirmation once we have received the amount at our end. Please print and bring this payment confirmation email as proof of payment.

Please ensure you bring these items with you for registration

• Two recent passport size photos for registration form and certificate.
• Clear color copy of passport holder’s information page or ID and Vietnamese Visa (applied for non-Vietnamese students)
• Copy of confirmation email sent to you by us of the fees paid.

You are expected to be disciplined, willing to learn and be devoted to your teacher training course. No prior knowledge or experience is required but we highly recommend you read the origin of yoga and asana names  before coming. We also recommend practicing a vegetarian diet for at least one week before you arrive to allow your body time to adapt to our diet.

Tuition Policy

We accept online payments by Zelle, Bank transfer and cash payments on arrival in VND, USD.

Students may make one full payment of all course fees at the time of application approval. Or you have the option of only paying the deposit on approval of application, with the remainder to be paid on arrival at the school as installment as follows:

• An amount of the deposit is required upon reservation: 25% of the total price.
• The deposit is non-refundable, if the booking is canceled.
• The balance of the payment should be settled at least 30 days prior to the course commencement.

Cancellation Policy 

• Amendment or Postponement: 100% credit to another program without penalty charge.
• Cancellation more than 60 days of course commencement: 100% refund
• Cancellation within 60-30 days of course commencement: 50% refund
• Cancellation within 30 days of course commencement, no refund applies

COVID19 - Flexible conditions 

Need to cancel your course due to COVID-19? 

Cancel up to 7 days prior to the arrival date and you can reschedule your booking free of charge, or receive the credit for your non-refundable deposit to use at another time.
